Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BOARDRZ, a board sports app and website published by Hurricane Studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 16 years old. Give accurate details, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account in the app.

BOARDRZ helps riders find spots, buy and sell gear, chat and meet other riders. We provide the platform only. Sales happen directly between users: BOARDRZ is not a party to any sale, does not inspect or guarantee items, and does not handle payment or delivery of gear between users. Meet safely, check what you buy, and use your own judgment.

• No illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous items, and no misleading listings, photos or ratings.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, or sharing other people's private information.
• Do not check in at a spot you are not at, or try to bypass limits, access other accounts, or disrupt the service.
• Water sports carry real risk. Information about spots and conditions is a convenience, not safety advice.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, photos, messages, reviews). You give Hurricane Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and deliver it as needed to run and promote the service. You confirm you have the right to post it.

You can stop using BOARDRZ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it.

The service is provided "as is", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Hurricane Studio is not liable for dealings between users, for items bought or sold, for injuries or loss in connection with riding or meeting other users, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; if the change is significant we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use BOARDRZ after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Hurricane Studio is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
